Bake from frozen on a lined tray for 14–18 minutes, until the bread is golden and the cheese is fully melted. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving. Skillet: heat a skillet over medium heat. Place frozen khachapuri in a dry or lightly oiled skillet, cover, and cook for 6–8 minutes. Flip and cook for another 4–6 minutes until heated through and golden. Air fryer: preheat to 180°C / 356°F. Cook in a single layer for 10–14 minutes, checking after 8 minutes, until hot in the center and evenly baked. Serving suggestions: brush with melted butter and sprinkle with fresh herbs.
