Product type: frozen, ready-to-bake raw dough product
Oven: preheat oven to 220°C / 425°F. Bake from frozen on a lined tray for 14–18 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling. Optional: crack an egg yolk into the center during the last 3–4 minutes. Finish with a small piece of butter before serving.
Air fryer: preheat to 180°C / 356°F. Cook for 10–14 minutes in a single layer until hot and lightly browned. Optional: add an egg yolk during the last 2 minutes. Let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Serving suggestions: tear off pieces of the crust and dip them into the melted cheese. Top with butter, fresh herbs, or chili flakes. Serve with a tomato and cucumber salad.
Storage: keep frozen at −18°C (0°F). Do not refreeze after thawing.
